Meet Aaron Rothberg, Kenneth Warner, and Mathew Re. The three joined the Bermex team in October 2020, following our merger with Strategitech and bringing years of experience to the team.
Rothberg manages the Jacksonville, Ocala, and Orlando, Florida areas. He supervises the atmospheric corrosion survey, line locating, leak detection, disconnect, and meter reading employees out of those offices as well.
Rothberg has been in the utility industry for 20 years. He started with Strategitech in 2017 as a general manager covering Florida. He specializes in smart grid deployment of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI)/automatic meter reading (AMR) electric meters, encoder receiver transmitter (ERT) installs on gas meters, disconnect/reconnect, gas and electric meters and meter reading projects.
In 2019, Warner moved from Lancaster, Ohio, with his wife and five children to Riverview, Florida to manage the southern Florida region, where he performs meter reading, leak surveys, atmospheric corrosion surveys, and dunning disconnect work.
Before joining Strategitech, Warner started his career in reading electric meters in Lancaster, Ohio in 1998. He progressed into project management and later became a team leader, gaining experience in multiple electric, gas, water, propane meter reading projects; and AMI installation, mobile meter testing, and calibration in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and Oklahoma.
In 2012, Warner added research and development to his duties — developing a new product for electric meter installation projects.
After a company-wide shut down in 2013, he worked with Strategitech on an electric and water meter AMI validation audit project in Lebanon, Ohio. He left the company for a few years and obtained his CDL before taking the opportunity to rejoin Strategitech as a project manager.
Re started with Strategitech in 2012 and has served as a project manager since 2015.
Re recruits new employees, prepares payroll, and trains employees on how to implement important safety procedures. He also performs routine field audits to verify employees are meeting and exceeding all safety expectations.
As the main point of contact for many of Bermex customers, Re strives to provide the seamless communication required to fulfill all of their needs in a safe and timely manner.
