WHAT TO EXPECT
- Personalized Communication: We will reach out to you directly by phone to schedule a convenient appointment that works for you. Our team aims to complete the exchange within about an hour, with appointments available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. An adult over 18 will need to be present during the appointment.
- Preparation: For a smooth process, please ensure that there is clear access to your natural gas meter and appliances. If you have pets, we kindly ask that you secure them in a separate room during our visit.
- Service Procedures: During the exchange, we will temporarily turn off your natural gas service to safely replace the meter. Our trained technicians will relight all appliances and conduct thorough safety checks to ensure everything is functioning correctly and complies with national standards.
- Safety Inspections: For inside meters, our team will perform federal and state-mandated inspections to check for any leaks and verify the safety of exposed piping.

MY METER IS INSIDE. ARE YOU RELOCATING IT OUTSIDE?
Meters will remain in their current locations. Smart meters will transmit readings automatically, so you no longer need to provide manual readings.
