April 27, 2020 — Stow, OH — Bermex, a metering services company serving gas, electric, and water utilities across the country and a subsidiary of ACRT Services, announces the promotion of David Mack to the position of director of operations. Mack brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management to this new role.
“I’m very excited to take this next step in my career here at Bermex,” Mack said. “The past eight years here have been deeply rewarding. The company started with a handshake, and that same spirit and commitment to doing great work for our customers still stands today, and I intend to uphold that image and promise in my new role.”
Mack joined Bermex in 2012 as a district manager. Prior to working at Bermex, he held various operations-related positions such as strategic business analyst and regional manager. Mack has been heavily involved in the growth of Bermex throughout his eight-year history with the company, negotiating renewals into long-term contracts and developing managers and supervisors to take on new responsibilities. He is based out of the Columbus, Ohio Bermex office.
“David has always built strong relationships with our customers and served as a motivator to employees since he started with us,” said Bermex President Kenny Murphy. “He has certainly earned this promotion, and I look forward to him putting his skills to use to grow the business.”
David calls Stoutsville, Ohio home with his wife Krista and sons Alex and Caden. He and his wife work as advisors to youth organizations like the International Order for Rainbow for Girls and DeMolay International. Mack also coaches youth football and travels to support his sons in marching band competitions. Mack holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Christian University.
