Bermex is proud to welcome two new team members who bring extensive industry experience and leadership to our operations: John Bowden and Michael Fields.
John Bowden joins Bermex as Operations Manager, Fleet & Projects. With more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience — including 22 years of service in the United States Air Force — John has a proven track record of managing fleet assets, leading large teams, and supporting complex initiatives. In his role, he will oversee the Bermex fleet and support operational strategy, pricing, and research efforts. His expertise in operations management and process improvement will be instrumental as Bermex continues to grow and optimize performance.
Michael Fields joins as Supervisor of Gas Leak Survey. He brings over 15 years of experience in the natural gas and pipeline construction industry. Michael previously served with Columbia Gas of Ohio as a Field Technician and Construction Coordinator, where he helped manage gas system installations and coordinated projects to ensure safe and efficient execution. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade with Miller Pipeline, advancing from Pipefitter to Foreman and leading crews in pipeline construction and maintenance. His strong field experience and commitment to safety make him a valuable addition to the team.
